A Case Report of Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma in a Young Adult

Among the four histopathological variants of hepatocellular carcinoma, Fibrolamellar carcinoma (FLHCC) is a rare variant (HCC). It occurs in less than 1 % cases with distinct features as compared to classical HCC. differs from typical HCC terms epidemiology, etiology, clinical presentation and prognosis. In this case report we are going present fibrolamellar variety 20-year young male no history previous liver disease characteristics on Computed Tomography (CT) scan when After discussing multidisciplinary meeting, he underwent non anatomical resection which remained uneventful. Histopathology biopsy sample revealed FLHCC. No neoadjuvant therapy was given. Patient kept year follow-up recurrence or metastasis occurred.
